“Confidence and Innovation.” is the underlying theme of the Québec Commissioner of Lobbying’s strategic plan (french only). It covers the period from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2022.
This plan updates our vision of a proactive, innovative and recognized organization, in line with its stakeholders, and whose actions build trust.
Three priority issues have been retained to overcome the challenges identified for the next four years. Two orientations stem from each of these issues.
Increase the public's understanding of the organization's mission and actions. Foster compliance with the rules governing lobbying, particularly through a proactive role and positive approach in the public space together with a better synergy with the stakeholders.
Optimize the use of the powers and tools at the organization's disposal and have them evolve based on the needs of a modern, effective, performing and agile organization.
Improve the overall performance of the organization through a fully integrated use of all human, financial and information resources.
