Mission

Our mandate
The Lobbyists Commissioner has the mandate to ensure, through supervision and control, the transparency and proper conduct of the lobbying of public office holders in parliamentary, government and municipal institutions.

Our values
In addition to advocating the values stated in the Statement of values of the Québec Public Administration (abilities, impartiality, integrity, loyalty and respect), the Lobbyists Commissioner intends his action to be imbued with the values that characterize his office, that is, transparency, confidence and a marked concern for ethics.

Our vision
Help improve democratic life and build the citizens' confidence in their political and administrative institutions.

Our jurisdiction
Our jurisdiction encompasses the lobbying of public office holders in parliamentary, government and municipal institutions; it covers all Québec municipalities and their agencies and over 300 departments, agencies and public corporations.
