Essay contest

Marie-Christine Couture, a Bachelor’s degree student in Communications and Marketing at the Université du Québec à Montréal, won the 2009 edition of the Québec Lobbyists Commissioner’s Essay Contest. The objective was to contribute to the development of knowledge in a field involving issues important to democratic life.
